Ryan Adams controls Garden State Greens. This page explains the records the site uses, why they exist, and how to request a copy or deletion.

Public deal boards read only the published flat-JSON catalog. Account, trial, email, newsletter, Signals, connected-agent, and commercial state cannot change Value Score, eligibility, order, ties, or publication facts.
Records by product area
- Public catalog
- Dispensary menu observations, source links, publication dates, and ranking facts are public product data, not account profiles.
- Near me
- The location you enter is sent to the configured geocoding service to obtain coordinates and nearby results. The address entered in Near me appears in the page URL, and Vercel Speed Insights may receive that URL as a performance subprocessor. It is omitted from canonical, social, and structured-metadata URLs.
- Web analytics
- Vercel Web Analytics is optional and off by default. After a valid daily age affirmation and separate acceptance in Privacy choices, it collects anonymous, aggregated page views only for approved static paths or route templates; Garden State Greens removes query and fragment values, suppresses unsafe paths and external-referrer page views, and sends no custom events, account identity, email, precise profile or payment facts, ranking inputs, or identity-linked events. Vercel Web Analytics does not set its own tracking cookie, but an existing necessary Better Auth session cookie may accompany same-origin Vercel script and intake requests after opt-in under Vercel’s published standard process. This choice is separate from Speed Insights, marketing and email consent, advertising, authentication, trials, payments, entitlements, connected-agent authorization, rankings, and category behavior.
- Performance
- Vercel Speed Insights receives real-user performance measurements: route, URL, network speed, browser, device type, operating system, country, Web Vital, attribution, SDK version, and server-received event time. Near me page URLs can contain the entered address, as disclosed above.
- Accounts
- A verified email, sign-in identities, sessions, home county, trial facts, and the settings or Plus features you explicitly use.
- Billing
- Plan, terms consent, advertised base price, separately recorded tax and total charge, service period, cancellation, refund or dispute state, and bounded provider references. Garden State Greens never receives or stores a full card number or CVC.
- Email and newsletter
- Delivery status, consent timestamps, bounded provider references, and one-way capability or recipient hashes. Tracking is disabled; routine message bodies and raw capabilities are not kept as audit records.
- Signals
- Watch definitions, cited events, read state, and a separate weekly-email preference. Descriptive watch data never feeds ranking.
- Connected agents
- Approved client, scope, resource, revocation, and bounded audit facts. GSG receives typed tool calls—not the rest of your assistant conversation.
Retention ceilings
- 15 minutes: magic-link capability.
- 24 hours: magic capability material and connected-agent write replay evidence.
- 7 days: pending newsletter confirmation and pending export material.
- 30 days: abuse, application-mail delivery, connected-agent audit, and completed processor lease evidence.
- 365 days: completed privacy-case proof and ordinary support correspondence, unless a specific finite hold applies.
- 35-day backup target: encrypted deletion tombstones are reapplied after a restore so deleted identities do not return.
- Financial records: retained for seven years from receipt or longer only for a concrete legal-retention conflict or open dispute.
Active account, consent, watch, and membership records remain while the account or item is active. Minimum suppression evidence may remain to prevent unauthorized future mail.
Your choices
Privacy choices can accept, reject, or later revoke optional Vercel Web Analytics. Necessary application cookies remain available for the features that require them.
Newsletter and weekly Signals email require separate confirmation or consent, and each has its own unsubscribe control.
Signed-in account controls can request a portable JSON copy or begin account deletion. An email link opens a confirmation page; opening that page does not complete the request. Only the confirmation button does.
Deletion revokes sessions, agent grants, and future sends first, then removes current user-owned records after required processor evidence. Billing subjects and checkout records are detached automatically while legally required financial ledger facts remain identity-detached. A specific finite hold, dispute, unsupported provider action, provider refusal, or evidence mismatch can pause completion for owner review.
Stripe is the selected hosted billing processor for the default-dark paid path and may retain records for fraud, disputes, compliance, and other legal obligations if that path is activated. Garden State Greens never claims provider erasure without matching provider evidence.
