What GSG Plus is
If paid purchase is activated after formation, GSG Plus will be reader access to Garden State Greens published information and tools, sold only by Garden State Greens Media LLC as a taxable New Jersey information service. Garden State Greens does not sell cannabis, take or transmit orders, reserve products, act as a dispensary or marketplace, or handle a dispensary's money. Dispensaries, brands, and advertisers cannot pay to change a score or rank.
Prices and tax
Annual costs $10 per year, Lifetime costs $20 one time, and Monthly costs $2 per month. These are advertised base prices before tax. Applicable tax is added at checkout and recorded separately from the base price. A Free account and the 14-day trial have no charge, require no card or provider subscription, do not renew, and never convert automatically.
Renewal and consent
Monthly and Annual renew automatically at the same interval and advertised base price, plus applicable tax, until you cancel. The base amount and interval appear beside an unchecked consent control before the purchase action; the hosted checkout must show tax and the total before purchase. Lifetime does not renew. A purchase records the terms version and consent time.
Cancellation and failed renewal
Use Manage billing at any time without a fee. Cancellation stops the next recurring charge and access continues through the term already paid for. A failed renewal receives no grace beyond that paid term.
Refunds
Request a full refund within 48 hours of an initial or renewal charge. A full refund under this policy covers the base price and tax charged. Duplicate or unauthorized charges, legally required refunds, and substantiated service failures may qualify outside that window. Ordinary cancellation after 48 hours is not prorated. A full refund ends the refunded access immediately; a partial refund does not.
Disputes
Paid access is suspended while a charge dispute is open. It is restored if Garden State Greens wins or the dispute is withdrawn and the paid term remains active. It ends if the dispute is lost or fully refunded.
Lifetime and service shutdown
Lifetime means the lifetime of the GSG Plus service for one account. It is non-transferable, not inheritable, and not a promise that the service will exist forever. If GSG Plus shuts down, Garden State Greens will stop sales and renewals, give at least 30 days' notice where feasible, preserve access through wind-down, refund unused annual time, and refund Lifetime purchases made in the preceding 12 months.
Hosted billing and records
If activated, card payment uses full-page Stripe Checkout and billing management uses the Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe Checkout collects the billing location used for applicable-tax calculation; Garden State Greens never receives or stores a full card number or CVC. Base-price, tax, total-charge, refund, dispute, consent, and bounded provider-reference records are retained only as operationally or legally required. Account deletion detaches the account from retained financial records and does not erase records that Garden State Greens Media LLC or Stripe must retain by law.
